how did you get that transparent dolphin? also could you share other theme details?

Sure. Here's another teaser tho:

Its: (wip ofc)

Aurorae -> my theme based on plateau and uniq
Plasma  ->  solid and glassified tweaked
Bespin svn -> enable the experimental transparency (works pretty well actually)
colors  -> my tweaks on zenburn colors
xbar -> to get rid of menubar
fancy tasks as panel -> use theme background

To get bespin and aurorae to match use the same "base window color" then just apply same amount of transparency to bespin as you have on aurorae.

I'd share my theme (kdm,splash,plasma,qtcurve/bespin,colors,wallpapers) but not untill its ready

Just switched to openbox from xmonad. Using conky for the first time. Made this simple conky display for now. For some reason though the pacman updater python script doesn't work...since my system is definitely not up to date haha. First time posting in this thread. Yay!

Well, not many changes since my last shot but I finally configured mutt (mutt-sidebar) the way I wanted and added an awesome conky+dzen2 bar at the bottom.

Please check the deviantart's page for some commentary, details and configs!

Is that Cairo Dock? Can I get the same style dock with Openbox 3 without xcompmgr or some extra apps?

That is the new .4 version of the Avant-window-navigator.  This version works really well with or WITHOUT compositing and is available in:
community/avant-window-navigator 0.4.0-5  with pacman.  It is by default a "gnome" application, but I've used it with xfce and kde just fine.  I don't know about openbox.

I've played with cairo and docky, and I just like the 'feel' of the AWN dock better...plus its heavily developed and supported which is a big plus. (not that those others aren't.)

Yeah, if you're not using gnome, then the deps would be pretty sizable.  But as I DO use gnome...heh heh...works beautifully.
