i need some help,
can anyone write step-by-step, how to upagrade kernel?

The kernel gets upgraded automatically by pacman when you run 'pacman -Syu'. If you meant "how do I compile my own kernel?", then the best source of information is the AL Wiki: http://wiki2.archlinux.org/index.php/Kernel

Grub shouldn't pose a problem. Lilo catches people out because they forget to run lilo after they setup a new kernel.
