I was just wondering how many folks are out there from the Arab world. I'm not a native speaker by any means, but I do know quite a bit of MSA and I was wondering if there would be any use in me starting to translate Arch wiki pages into Arabic.

Well, it's been over a month and you haven't had any replies yet! I am also an MSA speaker, but I'm not from the Arab world. I made a post in this forum for arabic speakers before, but there were only a few replies.

i wrote some pages into arabic in MeskLinux distro http://wiki.mesklinux.org , i add ( related to mesk ) and delete lots of stuff though

I am also a native Arabic speaker. Long time Linux user, just installed Arch last week. Don't know why I stuck with Ubuntu/Debian flavors for such a long time.

I hope and suspect it's what native speakers would just recognize as Arabic. But my knowledge is limited to a few bits I picked up while in the Middle East which I have mostly forgotten.
