loading kde services at gnome startup

Hello there.

When I started using Arch, I switched from KDE4 to Gnome since it's much faster.

However, I run some KDE applications, like Krusader or Juk.

The question is: How do I load KDE services at the start of the GNOME (like Knotify) in order to start KDE applications in Gnome faster?
