ok...I normally used ConvertXtoDvd4 to encode my dvds and burn them... it doesnt run so well in Wine or Virtualbox as it is a MAJOR pain getting either to burn the Dvd.
I read about kxtodvd and that it works well in Arch etc....
I have recently installed yaourt and tested it on a package I knew was out there...
I cant seem to find kxtodvd....below is a source for it...but I am too young in arch to use CMake correctly and yaourt was suggested...

how do I get this thing installed on my machine? Thanks

hah, i just wrote that app a few weeks ago
in about 3 spare hours...
the readme file explains:
tar jxf kxtodvd.tar.bz2 <- to decompress it
cd kxtodvd <- change to the folder
cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr . <- configure, installing to /usr
make <- compile
sudo make install <- install
have fun
and thanks for testing it out too.
post any comments/suggestions/bugs on the opendesktop/kde-apps page please.
