How to Apply This Patch? (Samba)

I am having trouble with Samba and I found this patch that should fix it:
http://gitweb.samba.org/?p=samba.git;a= … 2d98001ce7

What command would I use to install it?

Re: How to Apply This Patch? (Samba)

Save the patch to a file, and get the PKGBUILD of samba from abs. Change the PKGBUILD to patch the source. And create the new package with makepkg.

This is a outline read more about it on the wiki http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/ABS and http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/PKGBUILD

If you fail post again and a try to give you a finished solution.
