strange USB behavior on two different machines...

Ive installed Arch on more than 10 machines, and never encountered any usb problems. Everything was fine for a long time. Now i have usb problems on both own machines.
1) Netbook - after inserting BT dongle nothing happens. Ive got dmesg message :

dinth-netbook kernel: usb 1-3: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 3

no kernel module is loaded, nothing else happens. BT dongle works OK on another machines, even another raw arch installations.
Also every other USB device works on this netbook.

2) Desktop - similar problem, but reggarding _all_ usb devices, not only bt dongle. Only similar "new high speed usb device.." message is showing after inserting 2 different bt dongles, every pendrive ive tried of, USB CDROM, mobile phone...
Only thing that is working here is pendrive integrated with UMTS modem (turned on by usb_modeswitch) - system sees mass memory, but as "unformated" one.
When i put BT dongle (different than in netbook) when system is running, sometimes BT starts to jump on/off very fast.
