Kwin(KDE4) + Emerald?

I was just thinking... Last I heard something about Emerald running with Kwin, people said it wasn't possible, because emerald needed a manager that supported composite. But Kwin with KDE4 does support it, right? So theoretically you should be able to get Emerald working with Kwin?
If so, how would one go about to do so?
Because I don't really like Compiz, it seems like quite a resource hog, and even though few, Kwins desktop effects seems to work much smoother than Compiz. But I still like Emerald, because there are really few window decorations to choose from when it comes to Kwin.

Emerald and kwin are window managers and it is not possible to have two wm on the same display.
The post up there is about a kind of "wrapper" which make kwin uses emerald themes.

Also, i find compiz much faster than kwin.

Emerald is not a window manager, it is a window decorator.
