It looks like the standard Fixed font, at 10pt.

Doesn't look like fixed to me, the A,D and W are different just as examples. Also doesn't look like any of the artwiz set, proggy, profont or terminus fonts. While some characters match in a few of them I never saw any with the same 'l' as the screenshot.
Not that this helps much in identifying what it actually is. But if you are just shopping around for nice terminal fonts, id suggest checking out those listed above if you havent tried them already.

Monofur which is currently in use has similar face with `l'. What annoys me a bit of Monofur is some chars are a little too tall (`J' and `Q' for instance).

I've tried most you mentioned above, not quite satisfied though,

The font looks like misc-fixed-semicondensed, but with patched l and a couple of other letters. Such patches are common. I have been using special patches for terminus font for ages.

I guess I found the font, it's the Neep font by Jim Knoble (http://www.jmknoble.net/fonts/), it is already in AUR (http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=32595). Give it a try. Also thanks for your recommendations, guys,
