youtube install instruction, newest which?

I ran across excellent video instruction, only few days old but for some reason did not save in my "favorite" box.

Does anyone know which video I am talking about, for some reason search function does not bring it up in youtube.

If you were signed in youtube just use history. And I would agree with evr that looking for a doodad by describing it as a doodad is not going to help you help us.
