I believe some pages (beginner's guide, official install guide, pacman) are locked and need a moderator to change them.

@tomk - I saw it but it's more or less an after thought lost in the page. I think that it's of greater value described on the main pacman page.

Agreed. Time and again we get new archers not understanding why their / is full. The more visible this info is the better afaic.
