[SOLVED]Boot hangs at removing leftover files

Because Allan was so kind as to lock the other thread, I'll repost it and the fix.

This seems to happen when the filesystems are not cleanly unmounted and when you turn the computer back on you seemibgly get stuck at "Removing leftover files"

I decided to modify rc.sysinit to add stat_busy/stat_done to each step after "Removing Leftover Files" and reboot.

Turns out, it was getting stuck at removing files from /tmp.

To Fix it, I ctrl+c out of the removing and logged in as root. Went to the /tmp directory and started to remove things on my own. For some reason, it is extremly slow to delete anything (I mean like 2 minutes to remove a few hundred kilobytes) but you'll eventually finish. Reboot and it should work!

Happy hacking!
