[dumped] vlc with ncurses only - not qt

I have just started into the whole pkg building process. I am hoping someone can tell
me how to edit the PKGBUILD for vlc so I can have the ncurses interface without the
qt and mozilla cruft.

EDIT!!!!!
I figured out the no qt part.
NOW if someone can help me figure out how to get it to build without the xulrunner
and mozilla stuff. The pkgbuild refers to the xulrunner patch and the syntax of the file
is rotting my mind...

While I have no idea what the exact commands are, downloading the sourcecode and running configure --help should give you some idea what to try.

I have tried both vlc-nox and vlc-nogui from aur. Neither build with the ncurses
interface.

just remove xulrunner from the deps, and change the line

--enable-mozilla \

to

--disable-mozilla \

here is my PKGBUILD; I disabled qt, hal and mozilla stuff
