Plasma crashes KDEmod

I have just installed kdemod. Plasma crashes on startup. This is the crash information.

Hi guys,

I know qimageblitz was causing problems when installing kdemod-complete from an Arch install. It should be fixed now but you can still try a

sudo pacman -Sy qimageblitz

If it does not do the trick, you should try to post your .xsession-errors.
knetwork-manager may cause problems too

Hey, I just installed my first copy of Arch last night, using kdemod-complete and kdemod-extragear, and had been having the same problem, with the exact same error messages.  Turns out it was knetworkmanager that is causing the problem, most likely the applet.

If you haven't gotten it fixed yet, here's what I did to fix it:

# pacman -S kdeplasma-applets-networkmanagement kdemod-networkmanagement-knetworkmanager-kde4 kdemod-networkmanagement-knetworkmanager-kde4-debug

After that, everything worked peachy (well except radeonhd/fglrx driver, but that's a whole other story)
Hope this helps.

note: if you get error messages about conflicts, pacman -Sf in this case is safe i believe.

Awesome.
I did a 'pacman -Q | grep networkmanager', and then removed all of the above packages (I use wicd). Kdemod then stopped crashing. Thanks typiCAL_ for the info.
