At page 4, I get this error: "Looks like you have a question or two that still needs to be filled out." even though all the fields are filled.
Other than that, some of the questions are really really weird.

If this is indeed a legitimate academic venture, I would strongly recommend that you find someone to assist you with translation, and then start again. Apart from the survey, the thread title is also incorrect.

I agree. I half expected a question like "when coding open-source software, do you feel like you are flying over an ocean, as free as a bird, with sight beyond sight and the ability to stop bullets with your mind?" it was an odd survey to say the least, but I guess that may be a result of cultural differences more than anything. well, regardless, good luck with your project.

For the most part the question utilize different terminology and/or phrasing from the standard but are otherwise understandable. However, below are listed the questions which make little or no sense to me.
Although software cracking is not acceptable by people, but all of softwares should be accessed freely.
I am not sure what you mean by "software should be accessed freely" in relation to cracking. Are you referring to DRM cracking?
I am a person who makes excuses for belonging to the Open Source community.
I am sorry. I simply can not understand what this question is asking.
I was aware of myself.
Sorry, I do not understand this one either.
I felt in total control of my body.
Same with this question.
How often did you participate in meeting of Open Source?
Do you mean conferences, sprints, generic meetings or generic gatherings?
