i find quite much very interesting packages here. but could anyone give my an installation installation howto?

normally all packages are provided as PKGBUILD, you should create a directory for you packages and a subdirectory for the application:
~/packages/kernel26nitro (for the nitro kernel)
you then create a file named PKGBUILD and paste the provided source into it.
touch PKGBUILD
vim PKGBUILD (mouse middle click + :wq)
then you start the package making with makepkg and use pacman to add it to your system:
makepkg
pacman -A kernel26nitro-2.6.10-1.pkg.tar.gz
