I see this is just rebuild with gcc 4.5 but it results in package that will not accept keyboard input.
Everything is ok with chromium-5.0.375.55-1

Me too.

Figure I'll verify this as well. Cannot search from the address bar on my x86_64 system. Don't have an i686 handy to compare against, though.

did you guys try this new update? -3? does it fix things?
I think I will stay with -1

I'm using locke.suu.edu as my mirror, and that's still showing -2 as the most recent. I'll post my attempts at -3 later when my mirror catches up. Fortunately this isn't exactly a huge breakage. ![]()

I'm using x64, and the -3 version works fine. I didn't try -2 after reading here that there was a -3 that might fix it.
(It would probably be good if upgrade warnings like this were kept in the "Pacman & Package Upgrades Issues" subforum.)

no prob here with -1 (x86_64)
oops, sorry, I'm off topic. didn't see the issue was with -2.

I experience a bug with -3.
Can someone try to open the "Options/Under the Hood/Clear browsing data..." window and report back? In my case that window is "unstable" in the sense that it moves rapidly from let to right and viceversa. I don't know how to explain it in a better way, I'm not an English native speaker...

For those of you missing Google search, check you still have it. One of the recent updates removed it from my setup and I had to add it back.

Sounds more like a problem with your windowmanager than chromium itself.

-3 looks good here too (x86_64)

I see this exact same problem. In my case the right side of the window oscillates rapidly and the buttons oscillate while trying to keep center. I have seen this problem for the past few months (but it has not bothered me much). My wm is xmonad and this is a floating window. I have no problems with any other floating windows.
