@Folks who queried - This is xfce of course. But Version 3, when it still had the cde look. I have a few hacks here and there as well. I am currently preparing my own minimal OpenSolaris distro (ChromaX) for release, so thought of experimenting with xfce3 as the default desktop model. I will try out xfce2 over the weekend just because I did quite some work with xforms back in those days.

Are those XBM images in the status bar or is it a font?

Halfway through doing the custom font thing (and manually drawing the images I want, since I couldn't figure out how to import the .xbm icon) I realized that this would need the color status patch to do what I wanted... I don't like getting mixed up with patches, dwm updates seem to break them often, and I wanted conky + dzen2 to be portable. The custom font would only be useful for dwm status icons (floating, tile, etc). Anyways, I share my configuration here.

Working on moving to Awesome anyways lol
