[PKG] zathura with continuous scrolling

I extended zathura to allow for continuous scrolling using both the j and k keys as well as the mouse wheel when reaching the end/top of a page.
If you would consider this interesting for other people to use I will create an AUR package and upload it. I am asking upfront in order not to clutter up the AUR.
