change default copy paste shortcuts

Hi all please excuse me for my english...
Here's my question.

How can i change the default shortcuts ctrl-c,ctrl-v for copy and paste operations,
to somethink different ?

ctrl-m ctrl-, would be better for me.
i have taked a look at xbindkeys,gnome-shortcuts, but without success.

Thank you very much !

Re: change default copy paste shortcuts

Sorry, I don't use Gnome, but maybe GConf-Editor (available via pacman) or the Keyboard Shortcuts Tool (integrated in Gnome, reachable through the System Preferences) should be the proper tools to use?

I've take a look too at the source you point me. But there's no entry for copy paste.
thank you for the help.

i use various WM but in gnome neither GConf-Editor (available via pacman) or the Keyboard Shortcuts Tool works.
I've searched in gconf and there's only an entry to configure the copy and paste shortcuts for the gnome-terminal
