[Solved]open office-base

is open office-base broken?. ooo version 3.2.1 (build:9505).A new data base --> A new table created, data entered & saved. Opening it again gives the error ......The connection could not be established. The database is created by a  newer version of Open office .... can any one confirm this?
I found a thread in ooo forum also this post shows ooo 3,2 uses hsqdlb version 1.8.0.10.
There is also another thread on this topic. Installing the said version from  ARM is not helpful. Will there be a working version soon?
