Pacman and Network manager Issues

Hello

A few days ago I updated my machine. It included a KNetwork manager update. Lately when starting up, my laptop will lock up for a brief a few seconds as it tries to start up knetwork and the like but fails, or at least I think so as it doesn't appear in the tray. But after looking and trying to figure out everything with the extent of my knowledge I think I have figured out the issue.

warning: kdeplasma-applets-networkmanagement: local (1135727-1) is newer than extra (1121484-1)

Also after doing a pacman -Qi kdeplasma-applets-networkmanagement I get:

$ sudo pacman -Qi kdeplasma-applets-networkmanagement

It now, I take it because of conflicts, doesn't start any networkmanagers. How do I go about fixing this?

Thanks.
