Forked netcfgGUI -> netcfgfx

I've forked netcfgGUI (i like that software) because afaik it's not developed anymore.

My fork is called netcfgfx and you can find it here: http://admiral0.github.com/netcfgfx/

Features added so far:

* run as a normal user (needs setting up sudo)
* Pretty notifications (works on any DE that follows standards)
* Added auto-wired

Known issues:
* creating new profiles don't work yet as a normal user.
* disconnect on exit doesn't work
