I tested the 2.6.34 packages from testing and seen that i can´t use my Wireless Card anymore......
i was not able to find the reasong becease every module was loading fine and it works flawless in 2.6.33 but neither wpa_supplicant (via CLI) nor NetworkManager was able to find something or even connect
SOLVED: linux-firmware, which contains the needed firmware for rt2860, replaces kernel26-firmware

Have you installed linux-firmware?

Don't forget to also blacklist rt2800{pci,lib,usb} and rt2x00{lib,usb} modules (basically anything that start with rt2800 and rt2x00) and make sure that module rt2860sta is loaded.

MODULES=(acpi-cpufreq cpufreq_ondemand cpufreq_powersave vboxdrv vboxnetflt !rt2x00pci !rt2x00usb !rt2800lib !rt2800pci !floppy)
thats how it looks like 2.6.32 or 33 and it works fine
yes i installed the -firmware and -headers package

It looks like the firmware is missing. Could you check if rt2860.bin is in your /lib/firmware directory? Trying reinstalling linux-firmware package again might help.
Oh, and don't load rt2800pci/usb/whatever. The driver in 2.6.34 kernel doesn't work.

linux-firmware is a new package that contain additional firmware files that was not included with the kernel. Mostly proprietary stuffs with restricted license (like our rt2860.bin firmware).
It replaces kernel26-firmware, so just install linux-firmware and your wireless should work again (just make sure you use rt2860sta driver).
