nVidia Quadro poor performance

Hi all,
As "many of you" know, I'm working to the setup a workstation machine by totally substitute Win with Arch.
It's not symple...
One of the first thing i've notice are the poor performace of my discrete graphics card (nVidia Quadro FX 560)
Especially there's a very annoing latency when i scroll spreddshet file or long web pages.
I'm using the latest driver from nVidia website (195.36.24) with Xorg 1.7.6.
My setup make use of dual-monitor (2x LCD 22") in desktop extent.
Any one can give some trick to improve graphics performance?
