[SOLVED] gnome-screensaver not working with acpid

Hello,

I can't get the gnome-screensaver with to work with acpid when I close my laptop's lid. I've edited my /etc/acpi/handler.sh to read this:

    button/lid)
        #echo "LID switched!">/dev/tty5
        gnome-screensaver-command -l
        ;;
    *)

Yet nothing happens when I close and open the laptop's lid. The command works on its own and other commands work when I add them to the handler.sh file.

Solved - you have to use openbox-gnome-session to use gnome-screensaver.
