Firefox disabling addons from the cli, possible or not?

I like Vimperator, the girlfriend does not.  I just want to be able to launch firefox witth vimperator disabled instead of disabling maunally everytime.

i.e in an ideal world

with vimperator

firefox

without vimperator

firefox -diable-addon vimperator

Anyone know if this is possible, or anyone have an idea how I can achieve the desired effect.

Managed it with firefox profiles.  One profile for me and one for the girlfriend
