pacman not updating

It's been 3 weeks now...when I do a pacman -Syu it says I'm all up to date.  I find it hard to believe that in 3 weeks nothing has been added. Any ideas? I have 4 repos enabled and don't get any errors.

thanks

Re: pacman not updating

You get this response searching (and thinking a little) so I sorry to be obvious, but you tried to change mirrors? Try reflector  or look at http://www.archlinux.de/?page=MirrorStatus

Of course (I hope) this is not the correct answer, and you already did that, so you need to post more info. Try pacman -Syyu too

Re: pacman not updating

thanks for your help...I have more time today to look into it... I had already tried all of those.  Sorry I didn't include that in my post.

Re: pacman not updating

When you changed the mirror did you then "pacman -Syy"?

Re: pacman not updating

Same problem here. Tried different mirror which is pretty much up-to-date, but it's not updating...

Strange, I had to comment out "Mirror in use for setup" cause it was different from the current server. Fixed.

Btw: why is it not downloading a file when I do a "pacman -Sw kernel26"? Just echoes "checking package integrity..." and exits...

Re: pacman not updating

When it says 'checking integrity' that means its already downloaded.
