blender 2.5 svn rocks! archlinux wallpaper outcome!

hi everyone!

i was compiling blender-svn from aur and must admit that the guys from durian project do a terrific job in pushing blender onwards. i am not a blender guru in any way but i been using it a long time. so i put together an arch-wallpaper.

i packed together my used resources like my owm little open-blender-project so someone else might benefit from that :-)

Could you please provide it to higher resolutions as well (e.g. 1920x1200)?

np here it comes in a higher res... i added it to the archive link in opening post!

i might get into it so i can do a KDE-logo was well... maybe gnome as well... but i do not really like gnome... but for the sake of completeness xD...

i did the requested lxde-version. but i kinda dislike it. not only lxde as a whole but also my output. but hell... it was fun anyway

na not really... i just should add more rendering samples... more samples => longer render time. so i tried to achieve a nice compromise...

I've tried that, but you need a really huge amount of samples, for a better result. The mirror effect could be changed, to look like steel.
