gnome-dvb-daemon unable to configure card

hey guys,
i tried to get gnome-dvb-daemon running to get rid of kaffeine. the app nicely detects my card and also able to search for channels and write them into a file.

BUT: the programm still shows my dvb-s card as unconfigured. the only thing i can do is scanning for channels and saving them.

i installed it from the AUR: http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=27244

did anybody had the same problem or has an idea to solve this problem

I've got myself in a mess configuring gnome-dvb-daemon before now.  Did you follow the automatic setup procedure, i.e. gnome-dvb-setup without using the expert mode switch, or the manual setup procedure from the use guide?  If the manual then go for the fully automatic and see what happens.
