Mpich2 Installation

I want to install mpich2 on arch,there is only source code. I downloaded ,but can not compiler it  !  Can anybody  tell how can I install !

There is no arch package.  I can find rpm or deb package ,so can I install deb or rpm package on arch ,if  it can be ,please tell me how !
