[SOLVED] Connecting to irssi over ssh without putty?

Currently I'm using putty to connect to my servers irssi client. But I've been thinking.
Is it possible to emulate this connection withing mIRC or any other windows based IRC program?

Example:
I start mIRC and connect to my servers irssi connection over SSH (like a BNC).

I suspect this isnt possible, but I would like to be sure about it.

No, I think your only options are a bnc or attaching irssi.

What's wrong with using a bnc?

I guess my only choice is a bnc server then. Thanks for your quick answer!
