Wireless Issue

I am using a netbook with the rt2860 card inside of it. I followed the wiki, blacklisted the modules it said to.

I can bring the wlan0 up, I can start the scan but the scan always displays no results.

When I use wifi-radar I can see results and try to connect but it fails at getting an ip.

Any ideas?
