I am having this problem, when I suspend my computer for a long period of time the eth0 interface disappears. I then have to restart my computer multiple times before eth0 appears again.
I'm not sure what is causing this. I've tried restarting network-manager and reloading the sky2 module, but that dosn't help. Maybe eth0 is getting stuck in some sleep mode?
