[solved]: my rc.conf file, accidently added two demons=()
URGENT:
I wasnt paying attention and accidentally added two demon=() and now the server wont boot is there anyway to boot into a safemode so i can fix my /etc/rc.conf file?

Do you have an Arch installation cd? Boot from that and mount the drive.
If you need help doing that, just ask
