Unknown HZ value! - procps issue

I experience the error of:

[root@plugbox local]# ps
Unknown HZ value! (74) Assume 100.
  PID TTY TIME CMD
 3683 pts/0 00:00:00 bash
 3691 pts/0 00:00:00 ps

when I run ps and top.  It seems to be a problem with procps gentoo bug (and other distros).

I don't have any idea how to take a gentoo ebuild and convert it to archlinux.... ideas on how to resolve this?

Info:
archlinux running on a seagate dockstar (/pogoplug with 1.2Ghz armv5 processor and 128MB RAM).

Thanks!

Re: Unknown HZ value! - procps issue

Do I need to provide additional information to get this bug investigated?  Or, did I post incorrectly?

Re: Unknown HZ value! - procps issue

Post this on the bug tracker, the maintainer of the package can include the patch and push it to the repos then.

Re: Unknown HZ value! - procps issue

Upgrading the plugbox linux kernel to 2.6.33.3 did the trick for me. I think they forgot to set CONFIG_HZ=100 in the original kernel config.
