World map with addable location dots?

Anyone know of saftware that will autogen a world map like this, with input of locations? It would be kinduv neat for arch users to input their location anonymously, and have a big map so we could see where everyone comes from..

it seems to be php - http://gaugau.de/pic/worldmap/timezone24h.php

(I also like cactus' typo in there - saftware... I had a good laugh at that... kinda like when I type modPORBE)
