[solved] video and audio with pidgin

Hello,

A few month ago, I heard a lot about this new version of pidgin because you can have video and audio conversation with jabber

Now I'm talking to people using google talk on gmail and the options in conversation>media is still unusable

do you know why ?

You need a particular dependency installed, farsight2 I believe.

You need a particular dependency installed, farsight2 I believe.

farsight2 is already a dependency, but he needs mostly optional dependency of farsight2

pacman -Si farsight2

I installed farsight2 but video and audio don't work! The menù in chat is disabled...

EDIT: I understand, my friends and we use the same Jabber server
