Playing around with fonts and font rendering on my PC this month.
Moderator edit: read the topic rules
Rendering-wise I'm using the ubuntu packages from AUR at the moment.
Fonts used:
DWM-bar: Profont (size 10)
RXVT-Unicode: Inconsolata (pixelsize 13, antialiasing, autohinting)
GTK: Droid Serif (size 10)
Fontconfig: antialiasing, autohinting, hintslight, disabled autohinting for bold fonts.
Still not entirely sure about Inconsolata for my terminal, if anyone has suggestions for fonts (besides artwiz fonts, I find them all a little small for my 22" monitor), I'm happy to hear them. If anyone wants a specific configuration file, I'll be happy to share any of them. Wallpaper is a tile that's also on my deviantArt page.
