DockbarX won't save pinned icons

Just installed Arch yesterday. Mostly liking it so far, but this one is stumping me. I like DockbarX, but I tried both the version in AUR (installed through yaourt), and the current source version on Sourceforge (both are 0.39.4), but whatever I do I cannot get it to save my pinned icons so that they're there when I reboot.

Does anyone have any experience with this?
