xfce - disable hibernate and suspend option

Hello everyone,

when logging out of XFCE, the user has several options, among them the options to suspend or hibernate. As hibernation is not working 100% properly on my notebook and as I have no real need for it, I would like to disable the button, so that I will not hit it by accident.

Is there a way to disable these two buttons?

Niklas.
