Here's my dualscreen setup. Cleaned the dust off of some old Hansol CRT monitor and plugged it in my laptop, used xrandr, which handled all pretty well!

It's still plagued by a freezing bug caused by clicking the mouse button for a random amount of clicks.

You can find opencde in the AUR.

edit: those aren't the default colors btw, I just do *colors# in my .Xdefaults

Looks good. Have been using OpenCDE for quite a while on my FreeBSD. But the binaries were released a few days back i guess. And a version for Debian32bit as well.
