I've been working with upstream to fix the freeze bug and the opencde freezing problem has been worked around and hopefully there will be a permanent fix for it soon.

The workaround is to put the following into your .Xdefaults:

Mwm*keyboardFocusPolicy: pointer
Dtwm*keyboardFocusPolicy: pointer

It's still plagued by a freezing bug caused by clicking the mouse button for a random amount of clicks.

You can find opencde in the AUR.

edit: those aren't the default colors btw, I just do *colors# in my .Xdefaults smile

Wow! Been waiting for something like this for a while. How compatible with other windowmanagers is the opencde enviroment? Can I use a tiling wm and still use opencde?

I don't know. I haven't tried it with anything besides the default wm, and now that there is a workaround for the freeze bug someone can try it smile
