Im using btrfs in my system now, but have some questions about subvolumens, snapshots, etc.
1- Install arch using ext3 for /, and have a partition for /boot, home is under /. After the install, convert ext3 to btrfs, install the support mkinitcpio and everything works fine.
2- now have a "ext2_saved" folder under / that i cant delete.
3- i was using "root=/dev/sda6 rootfstype=ext3 ro" in grub, but with the latest mkinitcpio have to deleted the rootfstype=ext3
4- with the latest update have to create a subvolume __active.
btrfs subvolume list /
ID 256 top level 5 path ext2_saved
ID 257 top level 5 path __active
the questions are:
1- my install is fine?, or should be install again?, the idea is use all the features from btrfs
2- should be just boot without rootfstype and rootflags?, or use the rootflags=subvol ?
