I have installed today this distro in my pc cuz is a rolling one
I used
pacman -Syu
and I have rebooted and the new kernel is not update ... what to do ?

I'm guessing that it did... post the output of:
$ pacman -Ss kernel26

Even if you have kernel 2.6.34.1 installed, "uname -r" doesn't show the .1 I don't know if that is a bug or intentional though.

If uname did show that last number, external modules would have to recompiled with every minor kernel upgrade.
