[SOLVED] Alsa won't start after upgrade

This is my last update:

Pacman said to restart oss, so I did it. But I got loads of errors and a [FAIL], then I rebooted and got a [FAIL] for shutting down alsa.

Now alsa won't start at boot.

sudo /etc/rc.d/alsa start
Password:

                                                                                 [FAIL]

And alsamixer won't run too:

alsamixer
cannot open mixer: No such file or directory

What can I do to fix this?

EDIT: I just removed the oss package and now it works fine
