Macbook iSight No Longer Functions After Update

I recently noticed that the video0 device that I normally access my built in webcam with no longer works.  The instructions that were used to get it working initially can be found on this page.  Checking my logs, I discovered the following errors, which occured during my last reboot

Jul 18 23:44:31 makbooc kernel: usbcore: registered new interface driver isight_firmware
Jul 18 23:44:31 makbooc kernel: usb 3-2: new low speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 3
Jul 18 23:44:31 makbooc kernel: usb 3-1: usbfs: USBDEVFS_CONTROL failed cmd hid2hci rqt 64 rq 0 len 0 ret -84

I have a hunch that this was caused by a recent udev update (159-1 -> 160-1), though I really have no idea.  Please help.

Downgrade to the previous version of udev and check if it helps. This may help to narrow down the culprits.
