Nautilus

I have problem with nautilus: then i start it first time after computer reboot, i have this error:

]$ nautilus --no-desktop
Multiple segmentation faults occurred; can't display error dialog

Then i try to start nautilus again all ok.
This error is only on my main computer, i also have notebook there i haven't this error.
Pls help.

Hmm.. maybe try backing up your ~/.gnome2 directory, deleting it, and trying again?

And did you recently upgrade from GNOME 2.8 or an earlier version, to 2.10?

I have this problem too.  I'm in Xfce, so I thought maybe it was because some Gnome daemons weren't running, but it doesn't seem so.

Yep, I had this bug as well but ended up just removing all my GNOME components and now I use ROX. I used to really like nautilus but ROX is pretty good too and it always works wink

I was using 2.10 and it worked fine, reinstalled the OS and the problem started... except mine wasn't just first time I tried to start it, I simply couldn't start it sad
