Toshiba Laptop and toshset

Hi All

I have this Laptop Toshiba Portege R500 ->http://www.toshibadirect.com/td/b2c/pde … oid=389712. In this model I have a UMTS/3G modem, to activate it there is a tools toshset http://www.schwieters.org/toshset/.

My problem is the current, toshset don't work with the current archlinux kernel. And patch available on toshset website not working with the 2.6.34.

Has anybody have a toshiba laptop and use toshset tools, in this case with which kernel ?

FOr information, on ubuntu that's working, but it's not very easy to boot on ubuntu and chroot my archlinux to have Internet and I don't want Ubuntu.
