Someone using open-sasc-ng

And still have the download archive.
Since the download server is closed for good - I cannot find anywhere to download this package.
Unfortunably I've did a pacman -Syu without discovering that the download was closed and since I build it as a clean package - I cleaned the cache etc  . so Now I have my MythTV setup without beeing able to use it!

TIA

Re: Someone using open-sasc-ng

Maybe the server will come back up at a later time - how do you know if it's closed for good (I'm not into MythTV so I'm not following the news)?

OK, the project is dead:

Re: Someone using open-sasc-ng

Yes - So my guess is that the project is dead - But latest build from AUR - is from middle May - so hopefully someone has the package

Re: Someone using open-sasc-ng

You can start maintaining http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=24124 if you like.

Re: Someone using open-sasc-ng

Unfortunably - this project is allso dead - Lying on the same server - which carse of Diskspace is closed, carse they wouldn't maintain it anymore.
As I see it - the problem is where to grab the sourcecode - so it isn't possible to biuild the package - carse its impossible to download the code

So that's why I'm hooping some one has the package still or latest source code

Re: Someone using open-sasc-ng

http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=27885 has been updated two weeks ago - how come the maintainer didn't see it coming? IMHO (s)he should have put up a warning message about it.

Re: Someone using open-sasc-ng

I know ?????
It's pretty clear when trying to download the project.
Since they only give read access towards 15maj 2010 and afterwards closed the server - its pretty nice ( NOT) tu update the package in start june.

So ??? don't know how I then should get it to work - so really hoping someone has the package in their source directory !

@ decaturguy
Actually I've seen that, but I don't need another login/ password duo as I'm not interested in participating.
Now let's talk business: do you have the code?

Re: Someone using open-sasc-ng

Thanks a bunch, decaturguy.
Do you think we can host it somewhere so that the AUR package works?

Re: Someone using open-sasc-ng

Can you host it there indefinitely? If so, please contact the maintainer of this AUR package and tell him to change the url
